PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is required before an order is shipped. We accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa, American Express and checks for payments $2,000 or less. Amounts higher than this should be paid by wire transfer or check. For Maine residents and instate purchases we also add 5.5% sales tax.
SHIPPING
All prices are F.O.B. Skowhegan, Maine. They do not include handling charges. Please ask us for an estimated freight quote to your home, business or job site. Freight charges are also due before the order is shipped.
HANDLING CHARGES
Handling/packing charges will be assessed once the order is packed and will be included in the balance of the purchase.
RETURNS
No returns will be accepted without pre-approval. In order for item to be approved for return, it needs to be unused and in perfect condition. If the return is approved, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Prices are subject to change without notification.
